I have a friend who has claimed she is Black on every gov or job app she applies for and does a double app claiming she's white. Only the Black app gets an interview. She said once she gets the interview she usually gets the job. That's how she landed one at UCLA medical and she said they never mention what race was put on the app when she meets them for the interview. So it doesn't take an genius to figure out that either the HR removes the white apps or a computer sifts through them and does it. She figured this out years ago.
The same would probably work here, just claim your gay and your business needs money. It's easier to pass as a gay/lezbo than race baiting so I see a huge opportunity here.

That's it. There is no crime against falsely claiming to be some race of sexual orientation. How do you enforce something like that? Ironically, it used to be the practice for blacks to lie about being white, especially if they were part white themselves and many blacks do carrying a certain amount of white blood. African Americans should put down white on their applications. It used to be you could be fired for doing that, nobody would dare to do it now.
And so the whole affirmative action fraud faces extinction. It should never have existed for anyone except those descended from slaves in states formally holding slaves. Race never need have entered the picture.
