Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III levels charge in an effort to avert what he described as a pending civil war

Strong charges by Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III, a retired US Naval officer were leveled at Preisident Obama as part of a criminal complaint filed with the Clerk of Court, Catawba County, NC (file #09R81) and a copy of the indictment was sent by Certified Mail to District Attorney James C. Gaither (NC District 25B), for further action according to his Oath of Office.”

COUNT TWO:

The charge of “Treason” against Obama is before the people of the United States of America. That such complaint is CRIMINAL, of high crimes, and extremely damaging against the people.

Said complaint was formally brought by a Military Officer (retired) of the United States of America. All United States Military Officers are sworn to uphold the Constitution of the United States and such complaint is valid, explicit and proper; when an Officer is aware of such malfeasance of Treason by an offender it is that Officer’s SWORN duty to come forward and present such accusation and complaint;

The Military Officer who filed the complaint is Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick, III, retired, United States Navy and a graduate of the United States Naval Academy;

Lt. Commander Fitzpatrick on March 17, 2009 did hereby make such criminal accusation and complaint against Obama and presented said complaint before the U.S Attorney Russell Dedrick, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Edward Schmutzer, Eastern District, Tennessee;

An original photocopy of said complaint was submitted to the Grand Jury as evidence for immediate investigation;

Obama must be prosecuted and severely punished for his Treason to save our Nation. You, and everyone you know must immediately and publicly file criminal complaints naming Obama in commission of Treason in an attempt to keep the Civil War already begun to the lowest level of violence possible.

Obama is a Muslim. The word Muslim is used in this writing to describe an armed invading force with the mission of destroying the United States Constitution, slaughtering you and your children and subjugating survivors. Muslims intend to take over America as part of their War to conquer the world.

Obama leads the Muslim invasion force as a foreign born domestic enemy. Obama’s Muslim invaders are augmented and reinforced from several quarters. All of Obama’s supporting forces are bent on the destruction of America.

Your failure to act at this moment ensures open combat in the streets. You’re gonna get more people killed! It may mean the death of America.

Trust me, it will be one helluva fight.

Pass the word. Your life, the lives of your children and the life of America depend on it!

Obama is my sworn enemy! Make him yours!

There isn’t more for me to say on any topic. It’s about Treason.

Sorry but this will be tossed out at the first opportunity. Private citizens cannot charge anyone with treason.

A grand jury would have to be conveigned, hear evidence, and bring the charge then present it to federal court. The court would review the evidence and the charges and issue an indictment. In the case of the president, the indictment would be presented to the Speaker of the House who would direct the Senate Sergeant at Arms to make the arrest.

Anyone can file anything in court, it doesn't mean a thing.

As for Peolosi, she stopped her impeach Bush campaign, now arrest her buddy Barry? No Way.

This from a woman who says that jail for health care is fair. Barry isn't the enemy, he's her comrade. The enemy is the American Citizen. Remember, there's no such thing as a citizen to them. If there was, we wouldn't be here. So we must be enemies of the state then.

535 federal leaders in DC rule without fear for absolute power. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. No surprise there.

The only real weapon I've seen work against the ruling elite, one who's goals is to make Mao and Hitler proud with envy, isn't voting like we've been led to believe. It's the will of millions and millions of Americans against 535 people and nothing less. It wasn't voting that stopped comprehensive immigration. It was jamming the Senate phone system that did.

I really have one simple problem with how they want to reform health care. The fact how they oogle over it's benefits without regard for the true cost in freedom, individual rights, and financial impact.

We've gone from a New Deal with FDR, To a Raw Deal with Reagan to No Deal with Clinton to We'll Tell You What The Deal is Sucker with Barry.

It is beginning to look more like that everyday.

Wait for a new round of tax increases as more Americans lose their homes and greater regulation of our lives along with other objectionable edicts from Government are put in place and the powder keg will blow.

A depression, unending conflict between Government and the American people over illegal immigration exists even as Americans in ever increasing numbers are forced to live on the streets.

Astoundingly welfare payments and special accomodations are still given to illegals.

Our Government has lost all credibility and support from aware American citizens. The rest, the comfortable for the moment crowd, are about to be awakened soon by Goverments brutal demands.

As we blog you can see that the Republic is being torn apart.

With all of the lawsuits pending against Barry the Usurper, you'd think at least one of them would stick and be taken seriously, hasn't happened yet, not even with the one filed over a year ago by Philip Berg. Is anyone going to ever wake up to the fact that this government is completely OUT OF CONTROL!?!?! We have CZARS "overseeing" us and an illegal alien in the White House who ignores court subpoenas! You try ignoring a court subpoena and see where that gets you.
