I didn't watch the Haiti fund raising telethon last night but I heard that George Cloney sponsored it and donated $1 million as did Leonargo Decaprio.

Since I didn't watch I may not be too well informed but from other news sources - where is Danny Glover, Oprah, Jesse Jackson the black crowd ????

The doctors, aid workers, rescue teams are all white ? I see white American soldiers carryling little Haitian children.

Where is the black community ?

That's a good question. Another good question is why isn't Iran or the wealthy Arab countries helping?

Iran has always said, "we don't take help, we don't give help, we help our own."

Unless they are in and around Israel firing missiles at old ladies. Or stomping on Iraq's fingers at its borders.

Yes, no muslim countries have sent anyone or anything to Haiti. Meanwhile Israel is scrambliing all over itself to send help and relief there. Will they win any admiration from the Catholic church? Of course not, and maybe the support they are sending is itself the hand of the Catholic church in Israel's economy, military and politics.

And also, of course, some jerk is posting YouTube accusations that Israel is there to steal organs.
