AT&T Updates Internet Contract Terms...No Hate Speech

Just got this in their email today:

so they added treasonous in addition to hateful and racist. They also added re-transmit.

So, who defines hateful and racists? Seems to me that calling peacful citizens "Blue eyed devils" is racists. The re-transmit I will leave to any one who wants to re-transmit. I think I can.
I do not have any thing AT&T, thank goodness.
