If you remember Rimo, Maywood did exactly that, they hired gang members for their police department. And look at where they are today. Los Angeles can't continue on like this. It is a bomb Tony Villar built that is ready to explode. And when a toilet explodes that's full of crap, it lands up flying everywhere. |
