Border Patrol Arrests Convicted Sexual Predators
 

Tucson, Ariz. - During the month of August, Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents apprehended 10 convicted sex offenders including one with a gang affiliation to the Brown Pride Locotes. A majority of the sex offenders apprehended were previously convicted for sexual assaults against children: rape of a child, sodomy (victim under 10 years) and aggravated sexual battery against a minor under 13.
