Dulles CBP Seizes Hashish, Marijuana Seeds and Cookie
 

Sterling, Va. - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) seized hashish, marijuana seeds, and a marijuana cookie from a U.S. citizen Monday.Victorius Rugebregt, 55 of Las Vegas, Nev., arrived on a flight from Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and was referred for a secondary inspection due to a narcotics detector canine alert.
