Governor Brown's Statement On The Murders Of Two Officers

First off, I'd like to apologize on behalf of our state for this poor excuse of a governor we have. Not only does this absolute bastard NOT mention anything about the murderer being a foreigner, illegal, previous deportee, an scumbag criminal mexican, but he has added insult to injury by keeping his statement regarding "unaccompanied minors" up as the primary page when you hit the link for statements. It disgusts me to go to his news releases page and be forced to see that first instead of this somber, more important event.

I urge everyone to call that scums office and give them an earful about that alone

And you gotta know that the governor, and the majority legislature are wiping their brows at this time, and saying "Good thing we got the TRUST Act and licenses for illegals passed before this happened"

SACRAMENTO – Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. today issued the following statement regarding the deaths of Sacramento County Sheriff's Department Deputy Daniel Oliver and Placer County Sheriff’s Office Detective Michael David Davis Jr., who were killed in the line of duty today in the Sacramento region:

“The brutal murders of Sheriff’s Deputy Danny Oliver and Sheriff's Detective Michael Davis are a tragic reminder of the sacrifices we demand of our peace officers and the incredible courage they display as they protect our communities. Anne and I extend our deepest sympathies to the families, friends and colleagues of these two brave public servants. We also are mindful of the officer and bystanders who were wounded or terrorized by today’s terrible events.”

Deputy Oliver, 47, was fatally shot today when approaching a suspicious vehicle in Sacramento County. He was a 15-year veteran of the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department and is survived by his wife and two children.

Detective Davis, 42, was fatally shot today in connection with the earlier incident. He first came to the Placer County Sheriff’s Office as a reserve deputy sheriff in 1996. Detective Davis then became a police officer for the Auburn Police Department in 1996 and returned to the Placer County Sheriff’s Office in 1999. He is survived by his wife and four children.
