I really doubt I will be allowed to profess my opinions around here, but let’s give it a whirl. I don’t think the people on this site can hang with me

I've got to tell you, like the people on this site, Mormons are very passionate about their beliefs too. I find it interesting how the immigrants of this great nation (the English, the Scottish, the Irish, the Italians, etc.) always seem to include God in their political aspirations, as if God would really give a flying Ratt's behind whether America Succeeds or not. Not to mention, was Jesus a Racist? Would Jesus tell someone to leave his country because of his or her ethnicity? You’re the ones that profess God so often. Please, do tell…How did American get so stinking arrogant? Not to mention, blind sided and ignorant about the bigger picture? We all come from the same race, are all on the same globe, all having this human experience together. Hello?

I also find it interesting how people like this Bob Keller Fellow find it so Important to say things like: "God bless America" after spouting off a bunch of lopsided non sequiturs concerning the down fall of society because of immigration.

In case you have not noticed, it is an insult in the Mexican/Latino community to be unemployed, they come here and make jobs, not to mention do a lot of jobs most people really don’t want to do. Especially all the well to do “anti-immigration people” in a city like Santa Clarita… Don’t you find it ironic that even your town has a Spanish name? The Spanish too have been heavily involved in blatant racism and murdered and plundered many Indian people (not to mention raped and procreated with many of their women). The Indians were here first people, they were here first.

Get it?

You’re the immigrants, not the Mexicans.

All your imaginary lines (borders) and imaginary superiority concerning race and ethnicity is ignorant, like the Mormons. I was raised in Utah, and I know what blatant and retarded racism is all about.

Your country was built on immigration whether you want to believe it or not…. If it was not for immigration there would be no America.

Thanks for your time,

Theo Hirsch

Maybe you should re-read history. And what does religion have to do with a Countries Sovereignty?

Okay, I'll bite....

Additionally, what does your monologue have to do with ANYTHING we stand for? Our fight and mission revolves around stopping ILLEGAL ALIENS. Our site supports LEGAL IMMIGRATION to the United States.

Well my ancestors came in the correct way, they also worked for anyone who paid their passage until the debt was paid. I'm talking about in the very early 1600's. They came and were indentured servants. Stop the crap. I'm tired of people like you saying what you say. A few of my children live on a reservation and the illegals are destroying the land and other things. Take your pipe and smoke it in another country.

How many wives do you have? Do they all share your bed at the same time or do you only have so much room for them. Why not pile them one on top of the other, you wouldn't want to discriminate by not having room for every one at the same time.

And by the way, I'm an atheist so you're description of us as a whole just doesn't fit. But I don't criticize those that want to put god first before other things. It's people like you that profess 'your god and your way of thinking is the only real god'. Go put your magic underwear on and go pray for yourself. And by the way, why won't you let anyone but your own people in your temple? Are you a racist? Or do you and your religion just discriminate against those who don't think exactly like you do. I guess there's an imaginary border line at the entrance of your temple. Talk about discrimination, your church practices it to the max.

Several things, Ted:

I have an understanding about Joseph Smith's beliefs concerning blacks.

I'm part Indian.

My significant other is first generation born in America with Mexican ancestry.

I'm agnostic.

You came here to bait us, just like the diminutive troll who shows up at our rallies with a camcorder, and you did get some goat.

Keller's words were twisted according to a now five decade old formula to divert attention from the real issue, plain and simple. You made the same play here.

Actually, I believe you are more likely to be an underemployed, born in America pretend Mexican with some time in an ethnic studies class.

Pocho activist and Mexican campesino? Oil and water, with the main connection being the thought of using one another to a self centered end.

Mormons' Prop. 8 aid protested

Gay-rights activists criticize the church for its role in helping to pass California's ban on same-sex marriage.

November 07, 2008|Jessica Garrison and Joanna Lin, Garrison and Lin are Times staff writers.

Barbara Davidson / Los Angeles Times More than a thousand gay-rights activists gathered Thursday afternoon outside the Mormon temple in Westwood to protest the role Mormons played in passing Proposition 8, which banned same-sex marriage in California.

It was the latest in an escalating campaign directed against the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for its role in marshaling millions of dollars in contributions from its members for the successful campaign to take away same-sex marriage rights.

Members of the Mormon church, who were strongly urged by church leaders to contribute to the Proposition 8 campaign, had an undeniable role in the measure's victory.

Opponents of Proposition 8 have accused the church of discriminating against homosexuals, but the backlash against the denomination has also sparked accusations of discrimination.

During the campaign, a website established by Proposition 8 opponents used campaign finance data and other public records to track Mormon political contributions to the Yes-on-8 campaign. Opponents estimated that members of the church had given more than $20 million, but the amount is difficult to confirm since the state does not track the religious affiliation of donor.

Critics of the website noted that the religious affiliations of other political donors are not generally researched.

A commercial opposing Proposition 8 also drew criticism. In it, two actors portraying Mormon missionaries forced their way into the well-kept home of a married lesbian couple.

"Hi, we're here from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints," one says.

"We're here to take away your rights," says his partner.

The missionaries then rip the wedding rings from the women's fingers and ransack their house until they find the women's marriage license, which they destroy.

"Hey, we have rights," one of the women says.

"Not if we can help it," answers the missionary.

The ad was produced by an independent group not affiliated with the official No-on-8 campaign and was shown on MSNBC and Comedy Central, according to Rick Jacobs of the Courage Campaign, a progressive political group.

Jeff Flint, strategist for Yes on 8, called the ad "despicable" and said it "crossed every line of decency."

"I am appalled at the level of Mormon-bashing that went on during the Proposition 8 campaign and continues to this day," he said. "If this activity were directed against any other church, if someone put up a website that targeted Jews or Catholics in a similar fashion for the mere act of participating in a political campaign, it would be widely and rightfully condemned."

You have to read what he's saying.

The guy's not pushing Mormonism.

Here's the bait that equates US with his interpretation of Mormons, throws in the continent without borders BS, while suggesting that we are white supremacists:

(Beginning of post)

I was raised Mormon

I've got to tell you, like the people on this site, Mormons are very passionate about their beliefs too...

(just before conclusion)

...All your imaginary lines (borders) and imaginary superiority concerning race and ethnicity is ignorant, like the Mormons. I was raised in Utah, and I know what blatant and retarded racism is all about.

Here is where he puts down Mormons and other religions for implied rigidity and includes us while implying hypocrisy, bigotry, and hard heartedness as well as putting forth the "What would Jesus do?" argument:

I find it interesting how the immigrants of this great nation (the English, the Scottish, the Irish, the Italians, etc.) always seem to include God in their political aspirations, as if God would really give a flying Ratt's behind whether America Succeeds or not.

Not to mention, was Jesus a Racist? Would Jesus tell someone to leave his country because of his or her ethnicity? You’re the ones that profess God so often. Please, do tell…How did American get so stinking arrogant?

More bait:

I also find it interesting how people like this Bob Keller Fellow find it so Important to say things like: "God bless America" after spouting off a bunch of lopsided non sequiturs concerning the down fall of society because of immigration.

The insertion of race and the tired, backhanded insinuation that white Americans are terminally lazy bastards who don't want to work:

In case you have not noticed, it is an insult in the Mexican/Latino community to be unemployed, they come here and make jobs, not to mention do a lot of jobs most people really don’t want to do.

Now lazy white people with money who live in an area quite possibly named by white pre - 1848 criollo Spaniards, the Californios, as well as a hint of "we didn't cross the border, the border crossed us". I'm surprised he didn't thrown in the tripe about Mexicans mowing lawns and Mexican nannies.

Of course we are treated to a slant on the classic Chicano class "Spanish father - rapist who slapped you and left you alone".

Especially all the well to do “anti-immigration people” in a city like Santa Clarita… Don’t you find it ironic that even your town has a Spanish name?

He couldn't work in some crap about how he was raised as an "Indigenous" Mormon, although other trolls might have tried.

Somewhere, whoever wrote this is laughing his ass off because it was so easy to get angry responses putting down Mormans just as he did - essentially agreeing with him and suggesting the material wasn't fully read and comprehended leading to knee jerk responses which can be exploited.

I believe the guy isn't what he claims to be, he possibly got his material from a book suggesting that everything in America today was accomplished through centuries of white racism. I forget the name of the book - I read it some years ago.

There is always print to be had authored by lunatic brown racists which sounds similar to the rhetoric.

If anyone writes similar posts, think of Naui with a keyboard rather than a camcorder. It's the same exact thing - except you can't see the little gnat.

And think back about DEE DEE and her religion thread. She cut and pasted mass commentary to her Latino Republic site and laughed loudly with her following about how she sandbagged the posters and how could they possibly be Christians.

It's a sort of two for the price of one crap.

You obviously didn't read close enough to figure that I no longer adhere to Mormon beliefs or principles. Not to mention, the Main stream Mormon church (the one I was raised in) no longer practices polygamy and only practices it in the very depth of their doctrine, hiding the majority of its history from it newest members, sweeping much under the rug..

I am what people refer to as "exmormon"

We must disregard all of what you have to say by your obvious ignorance. Try again

What's your grand picture?

I've had decades of real life experience concerning the "big picture" of illegal immigration. Tell me about your comprehensive "big picture". What real life experience do you have concerning your "big picture"?

And, please spare me the script. I understand the gulf between Mexicans and their relatives (from near to distant) born here, the state of being in between. That conflict is part of my household and of many of my friends.

And again, what is your definition of "culture"? What really is "culture" to you? What real life experience can you relate to your definition of "culture"?

Ball's in your court.

However, I've seen people like what I "assume" of you before. You're probably a hit and run, rather than hang around for a serious exchange of beliefs you'll get a few cheap, unsubstantiated shots in and run for cover. A couple weeks down the road, you'll do it again, a 30 second log in, bait, and bail.

That's a poser.

Big deal, So you've “had decades of life experience" concerning illegal immigration... I'm not you, and until you at least give me a summary of said experiences that means dick to me.

I live in a community that is mostly Mexican, yet I am white. I find many things very annoying about the Mexican culture; many of them reproduce too much without proper financing, many of the border hoppers lack education, and they blindly follow white, American trends simply because it's the cool thing to do. I.E. Drinking Budweiser, driving gas guzzling SUV's, eating crappy fast food, living a life via corporate media, they blindly follow unhealthy American religion and trends very easily, and simply said: they can be gluttonous, brainwashed, American whackos without regard for life outside.

I find that American and European religions are a huge part of the reason for these dilemmas. You want to Bitch and moan about illegal immigration, yet human beings are born on a planet. Who the hell are you to tell them which part of that planet they're allowed to live on? After all, it's your American religions that promote over reproduction in order to get more adherents and money on the collection plate, your American religions that brain washed these people, your white American religions that continue to fuck everything up and impose their agenda upon the people of this great nation and abroad through their wars and calamities. You know the predominate religion in Mexico? It’s fucking Catholicism! And the Christian religion industry will not leave the south American continent alone! Maybe if white people would not have raped their women and tested the sharpness of their blades on Indian flesh they wouldn’t be in the mess they’re in today. As a “culture” (if you can call America a Culture) we owe the Mexicans.

The foundation of society is Education! And education is one thing that your government does not promote. Your government spends 10 times more on war than the rest of the world combined, your government promotes arbitrary religious concept over science, rational thought and evolution in public schools is not promoted, your country has the largest economy (based on oil consumption and war) in the world, yet the worst education in the first world.

Yet you people are worried about a people who have been oppressed by the Europeans, you’re worried about people who are looking for a life outside of their shitty economy (much of which became the way it is because of us), a people who will for the most part take the crappiest, low end job, that none of you would even do. But our forefathers, the Spanish, the English, the French, they’re the ones who insisted on brainwashing these people (and still today) into their stupid Caucasian/western Theology. Stupid Theology that has completely fucked up the thought process and balanced evolution of our western cult-ure.

In my opinion having Culture is accepting people of all walks of like no matter what your racial background, religious beliefs, gender or sexual orientation, or geographical background. It implies that you accept a community of people no matter what part of the world people come from; it implies that you appreciate and food, music no matter what part of the world it derives, and it implies that you’re concerned with people from around the world, not just in your stupid American agenda, a box that you’re so fucking insistent on “keeping untainted” by these horrible “illegal immigrants”… And it also implies that people can come from any land or walk of life in order to be involved in your life. Culture implies education and tolerance.

Every single one of you people who have responded to my post have made one assumption after another concerning what I am or who I am. From what I have read, none of the above applies to any of you.

Thanks for your time,

Tedd

Well Ted, you brought out the script.

Crappy, white racist Americans, a version of stuff that happened hundreds of years ago for which no one alive today is responsible, education for people whose plans don't generaly extend beyond this evening unless it has to do with a party on the weekend.

And by your definition of "culture", Mexico is the worst offender concerning the requirement to assimilate to a national character, it's the reason "pocho" is a pejorative, and the fact that about ten years in the United States for a Mexican generally precludes gracefully welcome, permanent, cultural return to their home pueblos and cities in Mexico.

Mexican culture is mestizo, to be the Indian in Mexico is to be nothing. The only Indians Mexico has any use for, in spite of all the rhetoric of an "Indianist nation", have either been dead for 500 years or are forced to cultivate pot for the cartels. "Pinche Indio" (I've heard it used in anger) means about the same as "f***ing n***er".

The other half of my household is first generation born in America with Mexican ancestry. I hear more Spanglish in my house than I do in a comparable time in the San Fernando Valley. Old black and white Mexican movies play at my house, and I admire what great musicians and symbols to Mexico Vicente Fernandez and Jose Alfredo Jimenez, present and past, are to Mexico.

I'm curious about Mexicans, their culture and their history. I've made it a point to try to understand them, I talk to everyone I can to understand them more. And, the more I learn, the more questions there are.

I've worked more than once with Mexican nationals who believed I, in my own country, was present to take one of "their" jobs, and tried to run me off. Until they found I had skill which if not present on the job, they wouldn't be working. Mexicans can be just as racist and otherwise prejudicial as anyone else.

I'm in a weird place in my head concerning Mexican nationals, and it depends on whom among them I'm around and what's going on at the moment - all at the same time I love them and I hate them all.

There are different types of Mexicans, as there are different types of their American born near and distant relatives, just as there are different types of white Americans.

I believe present day Mexican nationals are unwitting tools and dupes used by various agendas of the Mexican government, Brown American racists, Republican and Democratic parties, American employers, and various religions seeking to fill the collection plate and expand political power.

I have seen the damage done after the 1981 recession, the subsequent devaluation of the peso by Lopez Portillo, the 1986 amnesty, and unfettered illegal immigration since 1982.

My Elena's father came from a Mexico which treated his family badly and which he hated as a consequence, Elena came to maturity in America before the civil rights act and understands what genuine white racism was all about - "Latino activist" racists who presume to speak for everyone else with a brown skin and Spanish last name and who yell that the white man is "out to get" the Latino are living 60 years in the past. And to top it all off, Elena's son was brainwashed in college - he's a minor "Latino activist" "Mexican" and I am a "European invader".

One thing for sure, race doesn't indicate nationality, language, culture, religion, or political belief, and regardless of how brown racists and the media try to paint "Latinos", they are not all the same people.

It's odd how Brown American racism is spun into and accepted as "cultural pride".

Ted, raised as a Mormon living in a primarily "Mexican" community (without breaking down "who" is "what"): I don't think there's much you can tell me.

Well, I'm proud to be white! My brown children resent the crap that is being said about people like me. Rape and murder!? My, my, that worked both ways my friend! Do you have a hobby? If not, it would be a great idea to get one.

Big deal, So you've “had decades of life experience" concerning illegal immigration... I'm not you, and until you at least give me a summary of said experiences that means dick to me.

Means dick to you. That's nice. Do you think about dick quite a bit Princess?

I live in a community that is mostly Mexican, yet I am white. I find many things very annoying about the Mexican culture; many of them reproduce too much without proper financing, many of the border hoppers lack education, and they blindly follow white, American trends simply because it's the cool thing to do. I.E. Drinking Budweiser, driving gas guzzling SUV's, eating crappy fast food, living a life via corporate media, they blindly follow unhealthy American religion and trends very easily, and simply said: they can be gluttonous, brainwashed, American whackos without regard for life outside.

Hmm. You speak in generalisms...and outdated ones at that. I don't know anyone that drinks Budweiser, drives an SUV...and all the other things that those dirty capitalist pigs love to do.

The typical socialist, ignorant viewpoint characteristic of opponents of "The Movement" is oozing out of your posts. Do I really need to smack you about further?

Typical Razi (yes, I proudly claim I coined the term)....bullshit. Dude...get over it. The indigenous populations were forced out because they were WEAK. They are still weak when compared to civilizations started far after their founding. Hurts? Yeah...that's life Princess. Get a helmet.

Shall we speak of Mexico's take on education? Should we talk about the thousands of children taken out of Anaheim school districts during the months of Sept-Oct-Nov....taken out of schools to go back to Mexico for primitive celebrations around altars and fires?

Yet you people are worried about a people who have been oppressed by the Europeans, you’re worried about people who are looking for a life outside of their shitty economy (much of which became the way it is because of us), a people who will for the most part take the crappiest, low end job, that none of you would even do. But our forefathers, the Spanish, the English, the French, they’re the ones who insisted on brainwashing these people (and still today) into their stupid Caucasian/western Theology. Stupid Theology that has completely fucked up the thought process and balanced evolution of our western cult-ure.

And who's fault is that? Is it my fault that in the hundreds of years that those populations have claimed their current identities....is it my fault that they have done nothing with what they had? This country was founded a little more than 200 years ago. The majority of us do not live in cardboard and plywood huts. Who is to blame for that? I know....life's rough Princess.

You're retarded. You know that? Not special, like your mommy told you....you're just straight up retarded. What planet did you grow up on? You think that the definition of "culture" is to allow anyone to do whatever the fuck they feel like....and to "tolerate" it?

Do you know what the definition of the word "tolerate" is? Look it up, Princess.

Every single one of you people who have responded to my post have made one assumption after another concerning what I am or who I am. From what I have read, none of the above applies to any of you.

The only one making assumptions is you. The same old tired assumptions that every open border Razi sympathizer makes.

Thanks for your time,

You are horribly muddled about a lot of things and before you presume to be qualified to comment on illegal immigration or cultural diversity in the US or anything else you have commented on above, you need to get some things straight.

You have no business blaming overpopulation in South and Central America on the US and its "culture" which is predominantly English and Protestant and the Protestants have no natural resistance to keeping their families real, which is to say, small. Catholicism is a European religion, but has nothing to do with the US. You are confusing the US with everything European.

Colonialism in the Americas is mostly represented by Spain in South and Central America, England in North America and France in various subsections of North America. French influence is largely subsumed by English influence and despite attempts to keep French influence vital, there is very little justification for upholdinig French speaking communities or otherwise not keeping the language of government English, especially in the US.

Culture in no way naturally implies some kind of universal tolerance. Culture is characterized by cultural differences and sometimes one culture is superior to another. Beliefs and practices characterized by culture can be inhuman and not to be tolerated. US citizens have a responsibility to themselves to confront and put down inferior and inhuman and unsustainable cultural values creeping in from the Catholic South and Central Americas and from the Muslim Middle East. "Tolerance" should not be confused with a death wish or a willingness to submit to corrupt and degenerate values.

Illegal immigrants have nothing to do with people oppressed by Europeans. They themselves are Europeans and represent various parts of European culture in the US. Posing illegals from South and Central America as native Americans is BS.

Illegal immigrants need to be beaten down and beaten out of the US back to where they came from. It should hurt and punish and leave lasting scars on the minds of anyone who wishes to trespass our borders or infect our free and open society and government with violence and retrograde beliefs. And their children too.

So can you tell me how to get my email address unblocked? I rely on this email address to promote shows, all of the people on my list are people who sign up to be on it. There is nothing illegal about that. This is customer support, right?

What the heck is the deal, this is F-ing bull crap!! You know how hard I work on this email list? And now I have to change addresses and reenter all of my F-ing addresses into A new email address? I'm F-ing mad as hell!

Some of the posts at various sites where Ted has visited lists him as a resident of Ontario Ca or Santa Ana Ca. A lot of the links seem to me to get into the weirder American born "Latino" stuff, as well as some international lunacy.

He seems to like cars of the type used for illegal street racing in So Cal as well.

So much for being "raised Mormon". It was obvious from the start, and thanks to REWHBLCAIN for having the presence of mind to do a search rather than fling out an angry rebuttle.

The old saying about arguing with fools...

It was kind of fun flinging out an angry rebutal too. His posts had a certain level of content that I enjoy responding to, although I confess the video (which I did not sit through) left me a little embarassed.
