Sterling, Va. - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers at Washington Dulles International Airport arrested two Virginia men over the weekend who were wanted on Virginia charges of animal cruelty and grand larceny.CBP officers arrested Christopher Wayne Copeland, 36, of Boyce, Va. (more)
