Sterling, Va. - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at Washington Dulles International Airport arrested a U.S. citizen Thursday who was wanted by the Tarrant County, Texas Sheriff's Office for a probation violation stemming from an original charge of possession of marijuana, 4 ounces - 5 pounds.
