Jamul, Calif. - U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the checkpoint on State Route 94 intercepted a commercial vehicle on Tuesday that had more than 1,500 pounds of marijuana concealed within pallets of stone.Yesterday at approximately 3 p.m., agents encountered a 54-year-old male Mexican national driving a 1998 Volvo semi-tractor.
