Nogales, Ariz. - A Tucson woman was arrested Thursday at the Port of Nogales for attempting to smuggle nearly 21 pounds of heroin and methamphetamine into the United States.U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers referred Cynthia Teresa Flores, 24, for an additional inspection of her Nissan sedan at the Dennis DeConcini Port of Entry.
