Virgin Islands CBP Identify U.S. Citizen with Outstanding Warrant

St. Thomas, Virgin Islands - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers in the U.S. Virgin Islands identified over the weekend a man sought out for an active warrant by the Parole Division out of Albany, New York. Rudolph Wilkins, 52, a citizen of the United States and resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was identified after he presented himself for CBP pre-departure inspection at the Cyril E. (more)
