Nogales, Ariz. - A male Mexican national was arrested Friday at the Port of Nogales for attempting to smuggle nearly 24 pounds of heroin into the United States.U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers referred Ramon Alejandro Jimenez-Espinoza, 21, for an additional inspection of his Hyundai sedan at the Dennis DeConcini Port of Entry.
