Douglas, Ariz. - Three people were arrested over the weekend in three separate incidents for attempting to smuggle a combined 670 pounds of marijuana through the Port of Douglas.U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers referred an 18-year-old Mexican national for further inspection of the Dodge truck he was driving, Friday afternoon.
