Douglas, Ariz. - Three people were arrested Thursday in separate incidents for attempting to smuggle a combined 188 pounds of marijuana through the Port of Douglas.U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers first referred a pair of women - a 61-year-old Douglas resident and a 50-year-old Mexican national - for further inspection of the Ford van they were driving.
