St. Thomas, USVI - U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers arrested this weekend two individuals in separate incidents. Cilma Austrie, 26, a citizen of the United States, with dwelling in Cruz Bay, St. John, was arrested by CBP at the Cyril E. King International Airport on Friday upon arriving on a Liat flight from Anguilla. (more)
