I predict this one going down in flames after a few, or even one, lawsuit challenging it.
A blanket ban on neighborhood protests? No way is that going to pass constitutional muster. It could conceivably prevent you from protesting in front of your own house? I'd certainly put it to the test if I lived there. Where's that mobile billboard....

The Orange County Register (http://bit.ly/1czY6yR ) says the City Council on Tuesday approved an ordinance that says picketers must stay at least 300 feet away from individual homes.
The ban was prompted, in part, by a June protest outside the home of a local doctor who supports abortion rights.
