San Luis, Ariz. - A Wellton, Ariz., man is in custody after a failed attempt to smuggle more than 11 pounds of meth into the United States through the Port of San Luis on Friday.Customs and Border Protection officers referred Juan Ramon Luna, 39, for inspection of his Chevrolet sedan when he attempted to enter the United States after a CBP narcotics detection canine alerted to the presence of drugs.
