Champlain, N.Y. - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced today the arrest of a U.S. citizen wanted on multiple felony charges.On August 5, CBP officers working at the Champlain port of entry encountered 45-year-old Woolley Fremont, a citizen of the United States, and resident of Land O Lakes, Fla.
