1San Diego - U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the Otay Mesa passenger port of enty Tuesday found more than 45 pounds of liquid methamphetamine hidden in gas tank.At about 1:30 p.m., a 38-year-old male driving a 2000 BMW with California license plates arrived at the border crossing to be inspected by a CBP officer.
