San Luis, Ariz. - A U.S. citizen presently living in San Luis, Rio Colorado, Sonora, Mexico, was arrested Friday by Customs and Border Protection officers at the Port of San Luis for attempting to smuggle more than a pound of methamphetamine and a quarter pound of heroin into the U. (more)
