Brownsville, Texas - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers at the Brownsville Gateway International Bridge arrested a local man wanted on alleged aggravated assault charges dating back to May 2012.On July 15, CBP officers working at the Brownsville-Matamoros Gateway International Bridge encountered Victor Manuel Hernandez, age 26, returning from Mexico as a pedestrian.
