Baltimore - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers arrested a Maryland man at Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport Friday morning on Montgomery County charges of second degree assault and destruction of property as the man boarded a flight to Cancun, Mexico.
