San Luis, Ariz. - A local man was arrested yesterday by Customs and Border Protection officers at the Port of San Luis for attempting to smuggle more than 38 pounds of methamphetamine into the United States.CBP officers referred Victor Manuel Navarro, 37, of Somerton, Ariz. (more)
