Del Rio, Texas - U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the Carrizo Springs Station apprehended a convicted sex offender Thursday afternoon. Agents patrolling on the Hamilton Ranch encountered Esteban Arias-Gutierrez, 32, an undocumented immigrant from Mexico. (more)
