San Luis, Ariz. - A 28-year-old male U.S. citizen residing in San Luis, Rio Colorado, Sonora, Mexico, was arrested Wednesday for attempting to smuggle more than 25 pounds of methamphetamine into the United States. Customs and Border Protection officers referred Juan Antonio Ruiz-Espinoza for an inspection of his Oldsmobile sedan when he attempted to enter the United States. (more)
