Douglas, Ariz. - A woman was arrested at the Douglas Port of Entry for attempting to smuggle a 2-year-old boy into the United States on Tuesday.U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officers were screening travelers applying for entry into the U.S. when they became suspicious of Abigail Meraz Valenzuela, 20, who was pushing a stroller with a young child.
