Brownsville, Texas - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers at the Brownsville and Matamoros International Bridge discovered cocaine valued at over $419,200 hidden within a Jeep Cherokee.On Thursday, May 31, 2012 at the Brownsville and Matamoros International Bridge, CBP officers came in contact with a green 1996 Jeep Cherokee being driven by an 18-year-old man, identified as a Mexico citizen and resident of Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
