Laredo, Texas - United States Border Patrol Youth of the Year for 2012 Luis E. Marin was honored by Texas State Senator Judith Zaffirini yesterday. The Youth of the Year is chosen each spring from the nine local high school students who are recognized throughout the school year by the Laredo Sector Border Community Liaison Program Youth of the Month competition.
