Grand Island, N.Y. -- A MS-13 gang member identified as having a felony warrant was apprehended by Buffalo Sector Border Patrol agents this past week.On May 19, the New York State Police in the Town of Homer contacted the Border Patrol to assist in the identification of an individual in their custody.
