Baltimore - Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers strongly discourage cruise ship passengers from packing narcotics, even in personal use amounts, or risk paying a severe penalty and possibly face jail time.CBP officers at the Baltimore cruise terminal had a busy week, issuing seven zero tolerance penalties at $500 each to cruise ship travelers for possessing personal use quantities of marijuana.
