Niland, Calif. - On Friday afternoon, El Centro Sector CBP U.S. Border Patrol agents arrested a 21-year-old male attempting to smuggle illegal aliens using a cloned United Parcel Service (UPS) van.The incident occurred at approximately 11:30 a.m., after Border Patrol agents observed a UPS van attempting to circumvent the Highway 111 Checkpoint.
