Today's Chavez march shows a less than enthusiastic number of patrons, possibly affected by rain, economics, and waning interest
Amidst the Saturday morning drizzle, a crowd of about 250 has kicked off the 11th annual Cesar E. Chavez Memorial March that heads from West Sacramento, across the river to Cesar Chavez Plaza at 10th and J streets for a noon rally.
