My god!
When doing my usual research on illegals, I was led to a statistical page where the numbers of foriegn taxpayers are gathered for each year, along with how much they pay, etc
Shocked to see Germany pretty much dwarfing every other country in the amount of 1042's issued, which is the US citizen equivilent to a form 1099. There's nearly a million 1042's from Germans, non residents, earning money here. The next closest is Canada with less than half a million, and Mexico is coming in at less than 150,000. These are individuals mind you...not the corporations.
I'll try to upload it in a readable format here, but in the very least, Germans seem a much better investment in terms of being taxpayers than mehicans
