Some call for a violent overthrow of the government and then others believe that no violent confrontation is needed. They believe that they can "reconquer" the southwest of the United States (as a start) by means of registering enough "indigenous people" and having them vote for people with their views. The Mexica Movement in particular is pushing an agenda that native Americans and indigenous people of south America and Mexico are one and the same and that they should be working together to overthrow the "colonized areas".
