This one is a "letter to the editor" by Harry Reid trying to explain his traitorous sucking up

http://www.lvrj.com/opinion/we-must-fix-immigration-91350394.html

"My job as a legislator and as Nevada's senator is to help solve our nation's problems, not ignore them. But it seems that this newspaper's editorial board would prefer we put our heads in the sand rather than put our heads together to find solutions that fix our broken immigration system ("Reid for amnesty," Tuesday editorial)."

(THE COMMENTS ARE MANY AND SCATHING)

This is from the news section today

http://www.lvrj.com/news/immigration-reform-divisive-91350119.html

"WASHINGTON -- As U.S. Senate leaders say they want to revive immigration reform this year, a poll shows Nevadans are split on whether people who are in the United States illegally should be offered a chance at citizenship."

(THE POLL IS BIAS AS NORMAL, ITS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO A SPLIT)

"Reform will also help us get control of a crucial national security problem. We need to know who is in our country and crossing our borders, so that we can focus our resources on criminals, terrorists and those who wish to do us harm."
-Harry Reid

How about you do that before they cross the border Senator.

Yeah, and not much point in that either if we can't wall them off at the border.

During the last year Reid has held several PRIVATE events here in Vegas , invite only , no peasants allowed

But he has no problem doing a rally for illegal aliens

"In a poll conducted April 14-15 for the Review-Journal, 625 Nevada registered voters were asked whether they would support or oppose a bill "that gave all of those who are living here without legal status the opportunity to stay and become citizens.""

625 people polled!!!? lol!

Wow, you weren't kidding. I invested about 15 minutes reading them. They break about 85 to 90 percent in favor of Reid being the spawn of Satan.

The L.A. Times is a terribly liberal paper, but whenever there's some pro-illegal sob story offered up, the derision is usually about 70%, and a lot of it is scalding. Nonetheless, there is a real anger among those Las Vegans who are commenting that is unmatched out here.

Very interesting.

Well , here in Vegas ol Harry pretty much is the devil

He really cooked himself with that little stunt with the raza

The Rj has ran stories and letters every day since that happened
Heres the one from todays paper

"Besides, why do we have to wait on comprehensive reform to be tough on lawbreakers, fair to taxpayers and practical to implement? What is wrong with the most powerful legislator in Congress exerting his considerable power to see that the borders are secured and existing immigration laws are enforced? What is wrong with asking the senator to quit removing the "E-verify" provision from bills passing through the Senate?"
