As I've said before, Mexico's plan was and still is, to overload our system to the point of where we will not have the resources to defend ourselves. First it will be our courts and jails, then they will install politicians to control our resources or what is left of them. That will give them two of the three forms of government. The only one left if the presidency, and that they already have covered.
