MORENO VALLEY, Calif. -- Riverside County sheriff's deputies they are looking at all possible motives in a shooting that left two men dead and one wounded, including a possible link to immigrant smuggling.

Two men were found shot at a home in Moreno Valley Thursday night, said Deputy Melissa Nieburger. One man died at the scene and the other was taken to a hospital where he later died.

Authorities say the third man, who also had been shot, walked into a cell phone store earlier Thursday to ask for help. He was in critical condition Thursday night.

Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers are helping search for the suspects.

Witnesses at the cell phone store told the Riverside Press-Enterprise that the man told them he was being held at the home with ten other immigrants and that he was shot five times during a fight after the coyote - a term for a human smuggler - demanded $3,700 from him or his family.

Ron Olmsted, 36, of Riverside told the newspaper that the man said he was from Pueblo, Mexico, and had crossed the border blindfolded at about 2 a.m.

Once again, the "victims" are themselves criminal aggressors -- illegal immigrants participating in organized crime.

And another thing, the witnesses themselves must have been at least Spanish speaking since we can assume that the illegal did not speak English. If the witnesses were also illegals, they now have a license to be here as witnesses. What was the immigration status of the witnesses? You would hope that every time an illegal is caught, we might be seeing some momentum building in reaction, but observation is engineered to further enmesh the country with non-citizens.

The AP always refers to them as immigrants. Immigration violators enjoy a level of protection that no other criminal gets. If you rob a bank and then in turn get robbed by someone who robs other criminals, you are both criminals in the eyes of the prosecutors. If you steal your way into the country, evade inspection, present fraudulent documents to work, etc, and then get robbed by a person who robs other criminals, you are a victim. It's patently unfair and unjust. That's why we get out on the streets. To protest this publicly or it won't change

Illegals shot illegals! Wish they'd have done this in Mexico instead of America.

It wouldn't have been done in Mexico, for there wouldn't have been a situation to be oportunistically exploited by extortion.
