Nothing particularly new here. In the Hispanic culture it is "normal" for males in their 20's and 30's to have sex with girls as young as 10. So they bring their third world primitive, child molesting culture to the USA.
This story is business as usual for Hispanic "immigrants." Nothing new here. What is interesting are the comments. Check them out. There has been a huge change in the public's attitude about this kind of thing in the last couple of years. I noticed a huge change in public internet comments after the REverend Wright fiasco.
